Low-impact exercise:

It is gentle on the joints, making it suitable for people with arthritis, joint pain, and injuries.

Muscle strengthening exercises:

Water provides resistance in all directions, which helps to strengthen muscles without heavy weights.

Cardiovascular fitness exercises:

Water aerobics can improve cardiovascular health by increasing heart rates and improving circulation.

Balance and Coordination exercises:

The water’s resistance challenges balance and coordination, which helps to improve these skills.
