At the start of each new year every member has the opportunity to freeze their membership. For those who go a full year, Jan 1 – Dec 31 without freezing their membership will receive 15% off to use anywhere.

(This can’t be applied to membership or locker dues)

Once a member reaches 50 coaching sessions in a year they will receive two free coaching sessions.

(This will start over Jan 1 every year, and can be redeemed multiple times in a year)

Once a member purchases their fourth program they will receive 20% off their next program. (This expires at the end of every year, but can be redeemed multiple times in a year.)

Once a member hits 100 check in days in a year they will receive 15% off to use anywhere.
