Our Group Fitness Mission

Adirondack Health Medical Fitness Center’s group fitness classes are an important part of membership. We value our instructors and so do our members. It is our mission to provide state-of-the-art programming that is well-rounded, creative, inspiring, educational, professional, and engaging. Classes bring to the fitness center a sense of belonging and community. We foster the best instructors with like-minded philosophies around group exercise. Our instructors are passionate about what they do and it shows. Many members depend on group exercise to keep them motivated and to achieve a sense of belonging and connection. 

 

We provide a customer-centered and clinically integrated approach to health and wellness services. Our group fitness classes are a crucial part of our culture.

Group Fitness Policies

  1. Members and Guests must enroll in the class prior to attending. The registration window is 15 days from the start of class.  *enrollment less than three hours from class will be on a case-by-case basis depending on enrollment and may only be done in person or by calling the front desk. 

  2. Members and Guests must unenroll themselves from the class if they cannot attend. Chronic no-shows will result in a $5 no-show fee. 

  3. Classes with two (2) or less enrolled will be canceled. The enrolled members will be notified by phone/or email.
