We’re often encouraged to be kind to others, but what about ourselves? In Feel Good Fitness, we’ll learn to transform negative thoughts into positive affirmations while engaging in a variety of exercises designed to boost physical strength, enhance the mind-body connection, and build a stronger self-image. This program emphasizes exercising in ways that make us feel good—whether that's becoming stronger, improving athletic performance, building body confidence, or promoting overall health. We’ll focus on listening to our bodies and ensuring we feel positive during and after our workouts. Additionally, we’ll explore the power of positive self-talk and its impact on our daily performance in the gym, at work, and with family. With busy schedules, it's essential to focus on the positives and prioritize our well-being. Join us as we learn to be kinder to ourselves through exercise and the transformative power of positive self-talk!

How We Are Different
We are a medically integrated facility that promotes healthy lifestyle choices as it focuses on the prevention and treatment of lifestyle-related disease, illness, and injury via participation in physical activity, nutrition, chronic disease management programming, and health and wellness education. We are more than a gym, by design.
Learn More About Our State of The Art Facility
Our gym is equipped with advanced and up-to-date equipment. We take pride in keeping our facility brand new, therefore we have rigorous maintenance and cleaning protocols. You will find an array of cardio equipment, exercise machines, free weights, and more.
Our group fitness studio is home to many different styles of group programming. We offer Spin, Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Tai Chi, Step, Dance, Zumba, and more. Our group fitness instructors take great pride in what they bring to our membership.
Our saltwater pool is a community-wide favorite. We take great pride in keeping our pool top of the line. Three lanes are available for lap swimming as well as specialty water exercise and swim programming are offered.

Your Goal; Our Mission. We design and launch a yearly lineup of training programs that provide expert knowledge on a focused topic of improvement in a group setting. You receive the same quality of coaching as you would in a one-on-one session, only at a discounted rate with a group of like-minded individuals.

Our kid swim lessons are a vital component to the well-being of our community. Living in an area surrounded by water, we make great efforts to teach our youth water safety and how to feel comfortable and swim well in the water. Our lessons expand beyond children and into adults learning to swim to advance athletics swimming abilities.

Our facility has a Registered Dietitian who works with our membership on a wide range of nutritional needs from prevention, illness, performance, and weight loss. Each individual's unique nutritional needs are taken into consideration. Nutrition counseling uses science to sculpt individual nutrition needs from nutritional theories.
